How Long Can I Remain In Spain As A Tourist?
Im planning a vacation to spain for 1 week and have booked a vacation package. I would like to know if I will have to leave after the 1 week period or if I can remain as a tourist in the country for more than 1 week? I am Panamanian and have been told I do not need a visa to get into spain as a tourist.
The length of your stay will be determined by the authorities upon your arrival if you are coming with a visa. If you are on the Visa Waiver Program you can stay up to 90 days.
Spainish tourist visa is normally valid for 90 days.
